The West Group has the certification of the DPC – Department of Ports and Coasts/ Brazilian Navy, for the course of CBSP (Security in Platform Basic Course), and also for the course of GMDSS – Maritime Safety and Aid Global System. Both courses, recognized in the entire world, are also accepted by Petrobras and certified by the Panamanian Maritime Authority.
The West Group is associated with NFPA – National Fire Protection Association, a world authority on fire prevention, fire fighting and procedures for work with high risk.
The reference to West Group is IMO – International Maritime Organization, and the STCW-95, which is an international training standard for seafarers.

NR10 – RECYCLING
The objective of this course is to meet the requirements of the new text of the Regulatory Standard 10 - Safety Facilities and Services in Electricity. As the NR-10, published in Ordinance 598 MTE on December 7, 2004, establishing basic guidelines for the implementation of control measures and preventive systems health and safety, to ensure the safety of workers who directly or indirectly interact in electrical installations and services with electricity.
Should be conducted refresher training every two years and whenever there is any of the following: exchange function or change of company; Return to work or removal of inactivity for a period exceeding three months; significant changes in the electrical installation or exchange of methods, processes and work organization.

The course NR-10 Recycling is divided into 3 modules with total workload of 40 hours.
The student will carry out an assessment addressing all content exposed. The certification will be issued to students who obtain a grade equal to or higher than 7.0 in the evaluation.
The student will receive a certificate of course completion, valid for two years, qualify for the exercise of professional activity.
